Expecting mamas – to supplement or not to supplement?
Pregnancies require a few hundred extra calories, and a lot of extra nutrients. So how do expecting and breastfeeding mothers make sure that their babies are well supported?
Our mission is all in the name – we want to help you raise body positive kids that develop a healthy relationship with food as they grow up. Riley Peterson, Registered Dietitian and Body Positivity Coach, created this community to support parents and caregivers who are all too familiar with the pressure of body image and diet culture, and want to pave a healthier path for future generations. Our resources offer new perspectives on ways in which we can fortify our children’s relationships with food, and provide you the blueprint for navigating the challenges that may come up along the way. From private, one-on-one coaching, to self-paced digital courses, and facilitating to a growing community of parents, the Raising Body Positive Kids team is here to empower, inspire, and contribute to a future generation of body positive kids.
